I've known about this decision for a while now, and I'm excited to finally be sharing it with you! As some of you may know, I have been involved in Free Methodist Bible quizzing for about seven years now, five years as a quizzer and two as an adult. In 2014, I was able to go with several other quizzers on a trip to Kenya. We worked to help expand and nurture the quiz program developing there. It was so great to help get others involved in a ministry that has blessed me so much, and I can't wait to do it again this summer! Another team of current quizzers from all over the nation has been assembled, and I am blessed to be one of the adults going along! I already know several of the kids going, and can say without a doubt that this trip will be amazing. I happen to know one of them really well; my little sister is going to be on this team! So obviously this year's trip will be fun.
Although we don't know a lot of the details yet, we do know that it will be for about two weeks this July. So we're starting fundraising and asking for prayers. Pray for safe travels, for the team to be prepared the way they need to, and that everyone will be able to raise the funds they need.
