Catching Up // Brother's Birthday

I have a bowl of pretzels and caramel apple popcorn. My giant Hershey's mug sits nearby, filled with earl grey tea. I've changed to my sweatpants, and textbooks have been tossed up to my bed. I'm ready to attack the many assignments waiting in my binder.
But first, a blog post. :)

It's been nearly a week since my last post, but I'm okay with that. It's been a time full of family and friends.

Like last Thursday, when my roommate and I were completely exhausted and everything was funny. That was also the day when a couple of my friends and I went in search of Asian food for lunch, and ended up eating Panera Bread in the late afternoon instead.

Or you could look at last Saturday, when I got to see some of my favorite people at the Bible quiz meet. I got to talk about how wonderful cornrows are, delighted in Pocky, and was able to speak to some people that I haven't seen in a long time.

It's been a good week.




Today is my brother's birthday.

Happy birthday, brother dear! Thanks for laughing at my lame jokes even when the rest of our family just groans. I also don't know of too many brothers who would go to the store to buy me donuts at 9:00 at night just because I mentioned craving them. Have an amazing day!
